We collect account information that you provide, including your name, email address, country, and date of birth. We also process workspace activity such as bot configurations, broker-connection status, trade records, and security events generated while you use the platform.

Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and diagnostic logs may be processed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We use information to create and secure your account, operate requested automation, display activity and results, provide service messages, investigate faults, prevent abuse, and improve DONKOFX.

During the current validation period, subscription billing and DONKOFX profit-based fees are not active. This policy will be updated before new billing processing is introduced.

Broker credentials and connection tokens are used only to perform actions you authorise through supported integrations. DONKOFX requests read and trading permissions where the broker supports them and does not request withdrawal permission.

Sensitive connection data is not intentionally returned to the browser after storage. Credential encryption, access controls, rotation, audit logging, and independent security review remain release requirements before broad public live-money access.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, email, security, analytics, or support providers only where needed to operate the service, and with authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Connected brokers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. DONKOFX does not control a broker’s independent data practices.

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the service, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and legitimate record keeping. Retention periods may differ by data type and connected provider.

You may request account deletion or a copy of your information. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or the resolution of an active dispute.

DONKOFX uses essential browser storage for authentication, language preference, selected broker account, and product operation. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or parts of the workspace from functioning.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

We may update this policy as DONKOFX adds brokers, payment options, public access, or new data processing. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
