How Even and Odd Digit Trading Works
Learn the contract mechanics, payout tradeoffs, and limits of short tick histories.
Education is not a profit promise or personal financial advice. Validate on demo, understand the complete risk, and keep control of every bot you start.
The contract
An even or odd contract settles from the final digit of the relevant tick. A prediction can be correct frequently and still lose money if payouts, failed recovery sequences, and execution costs are not handled correctly.
Probability and payout
A roughly balanced digit distribution does not automatically produce a profitable strategy. Expected value depends on the actual payout for a win, the stake lost on a failure, and the entry rule.
- Measure the observed digit distribution by symbol and period.
- Include the exact broker payout in every simulation.
- Keep training, validation, and holdout periods separate.
Streaks are not proof
A streak can appear meaningful in a small sample even when it is ordinary noise. DONKOFX treats a pattern as a research hypothesis until it survives large out-of-sample tests and demo forward validation.
